This is a traditional Peruvian Amazonian ceremony held in complete darkness. The absence of light enhances inner clarity, helping participants to deepen the process without external distractions. The ceremony is guided by the sounds of maracas and icaros (healing songs), which invite a sense of harmony, stillness, and balance.

Designed to support purification of the physical, mental, and emotional bodies, this sacred practice works to create a profound sense of wholeness, harmony, and healing.

To prepare, participants are asked to follow a specific four-day dieta and enter the ceremony with a clear intention for the work.
