CLARITY B. TRAINING - Level 1&2 - EARLY BIRD - Aug 2025 until May 5th

This intensive training retreat in Clarity Breathwork™(formerly Rebirthing) is an opportunity for both accelerated personal transformation and leads to certification in a profound & effective healing art. Learn how to support yourself and others with daily Clarity Breathwork™ sessions on land and in water, sacred live music & meditation, inquiry processes, movement, time in nature, and immersion with a healing community.

Breath & Transformation Level 1
Introduces students to the Clarity Breathwork Process. Most of us don’t breathe fully. We hold the breath in and some of us may have been holding it in since the first breath when the umbilical cord was cut too soon and we were swung upside down and spanked. Many of us have thoughts like: It’s not safe to be here, I’m not supported, Life is a struggle, People hurt me, I’m all alone, I can’t make it. These may be birth thoughts that can profoundly affect our life experience. These thoughts can be further imprinted by childhood and adult traumatic experiences. Level 1 explores pre & perinatal psychology and the impact of birth, childhood traumas & negative core beliefs.

The Breathwork Intensive Level 2
Invites a deeper exploration of how the mind works; exploring imprints, patterns and the subconscious mind; a deeper unraveling of conception, womb time and birth issues, early nurturing and bonding. We address the wounds of abandonment/rejection, shock and shame and how they play out in our intimate relationships. We explore healing sexuality, creating healthy relationships and communication tools. We examine how healing on a physical level takes place by getting in touch with the belief systems that created it. We work with both dry and wet sessions, the art and science of Breathwork, deepening your intuition, and presence practices.
