Creativity is a vital part of human nature. It is a magical force that transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary and offers a fresh way of looking at oneself and the world. Embracing creativity has powerful wellbeing and mental health benefits, helping to release stress, anxiety, and depression.
Similarly, meditation opens the door to creative flow, allowing easier access to self-expression of thoughts, emotions, and ideas.
Everyone is born to be creative; the art lies in staying creative throughout life.
This workshop invites anyone who loves to play and explore and is looking to open new creative avenues. Participants will be encouraged to adopt a more flexible mindset, meet their creative potential fearlessly, free their imagination, and ignite the spark of inspiration.
The workshop offers a safe space for meditative inner reflection, rediscovery of authentic unique expression, and reconnection to trust, playfulness, and innocence. Participants will experience a journey supported by various modalities and techniques that connect the body and mind, relax the nervous system, rewire the right and left brain, open the senses, and refine the skills of observation and listening.
Awareness and breathwork encourage the release of limiting beliefs, self-doubt, perfectionism, and other creative blocks. Embracing mistakes enhances the joy of creating without a specific goal.
Participants will immerse in conscious movement, dance, music, visual, performing and collective arts, creative writing, poetry, crafts, and other hands-on activities,.
Workshop Schedule:
1st day 2.30pm – 5.30pm, and 8pm – 10pm
