​Energy Awareness as a Path to Presence

Attuning to the invisible opens a pathway into presence and awareness. Falling into this moment and becoming more conscious is at the heart of this work.

In this workshop, participants will learn to sense, activate and work with subtle energy in and around the body.

Inspired by Reiki, the workshop explores ways of opening the inner channels and reconnecting with the natural flow of life force. As the doors of energy awareness begin to open, participants may come to recognize themselves as vessels of awareness through which energy moves and expresses.

Through practice with oneself and others, a simple hands-on energy modality rooted in presence gradually unfolds. Attunements will also be offered to help open the energetic channel and deepen the connection.

This work is an invitation to remember how to flow, how to return to the present moment and how to meet life with openness, sensitivity and embodied awareness.
