In an atmosphere of inquiring and giving, we will dive into the body and begin to understand the intricacies of musclestructure, an approach to healing touch, and how to create a deep relaxation experience through Swedish Massage Therapy.
From this understanding we will dive into different modalities and strokes using our hands, thumbs, forearms as well as table-top stretches to invite the full release of the muscles. Simple reflexology instruction adds another tool and approach to this holistic practice.
Over 5 days we will also use a blend of practices to help us drop into our own bodies and, from this place, bring conscious and embodied healing touch to others.

Eshana is trained in many modalities of bodywork, including Trigger Point, Sports, Medical, Pregnancy, Active Isolated Stretching, Neuromuscular, Reflexology and Ashiatsu Oriental Bar.
