Level 1: Unpacking the Emotional Backpack

Everyone carries an emotional backpack filled with suppressed feelings from past experiences fear, anger, sadness, shame, and pain. This accumulated emotional baggage influences our thoughts, behaviors, and relationships, often leading to disproportionate emotional reactions.

This workshop, based on Vivian Dittmar’s book The Emotional Backpack, provides participants with the tools to recognize, process, and release unresolved emotions, so they
no longer weigh them down.
