Level 2: Mastering the Art of Conflict

Conflict is not a problem—it is an invitation. Most of us have been taught to avoid or dominate in conflicts, but few of us have learned to use them as a gateway to deeper awareness and transformation.

In this workshop, we will:

– See Conflict as a Path to Growth: Learn to embrace conflict as an opportunity rather than a struggle.

– Enter the “Space in Between”: Explore the gap between our needs and those of others as a creative space where unexpected solutions arise.

– Let Go of Power Struggles: Move beyond control and manipulation into true listening and understanding.

– Work with Person Conflict: Bring real-life challenges into the workshop and explore them using new relational tools.

This workshop moves beyond conventional conflict resolution into a space of deep
connection and expanded awareness, helping participants see disagreements not as obstacles, but as transformative opportunities.
