Omie
Omie is a health coach (certified by the Health Coach Institute), a Holistic Lifestyle Coach (certified by the Chek Institute), and a Drama Therapist. Bringing a holistic approach to health and wellness, he has assisted many in fighting the battle of addiction, moving through depression, and managing chronic disease.
Having been misdiagnosed with a mental illness in 2012, Omie has come from a long healing journey of weaning off several kinds of medications to living a life of vitality. That time in his life opened a door to understanding nature as medicine and the healing benefits it brings to the physical, emotional, and spiritual body.
He has been on the quest to expand his knowledge of nutrition and the body’s process of detoxification. Omie’s journey has sparked a calling to empower others to lead a healthy happy lifestyle.
