Understanding the Tipi with Dao - April 2026

This day event offers an opportunity to explore the symbolism and history of the Tipi Ceremony in greater depth. Participants will learn about the half moon altar, the fire designs, the various stages of the ceremony, and the medicines used throughout. The experience includes connecting more closely with the water drum and rattle, singing traditional songs, and discovering the meanings behind them. It is a time to come together in these sacred ways and to honor and rekindle the spirit of the red road.
