This workshop is crafted with the intention of fostering a sense of spaciousness within the mind-body system by letting go of burdens from the past using stress management techniques.
Through Conscious Movement and Dance sessions serotonin and dopamine are activated in the body, resulting in a sense of well-being, and joy. To guide the system back into a state of calmness and rest, Yin & Restorative Yoga practices are incorporated, fostering a deep sense of renewal.
Lastly, Yoga Nidra meditation plants the seed of the heart’s desire. Go on an inner journey that invites the self to unlock the true potential of manifestation.
