Welcome all music lovers and those who wish to come in deeper contact with their voice in a safe and loving atmosphere!
Bringing loving awareness back to the body creates the foundation for expansion and flowering of the voice. Authentic expression has healing qualities- this group will explore the ways in which one’s conditioning blocks such expression, using gentle yoga practice, tai chi movements, dance, free improvisation, and song.
Come, sing out from the heart, and be surprised by each individual melody!
Morning sessions: 9.30 – 12.30
Afternoon sessions: 14.30 – 17.00
