Through a blend of yoga asana, somatic movement, pranayama, meditation, and inquiry, one begins to uncover their unique somatic stress scale and learn to recognize the body’s signals of rising tension. Armed with this awareness, we’ll explore techniques to self-regulate the nervous system and prevent overwhelm, ensuring that we can navigate challenging situations with clarity and resilience. Discover how to activate the parasympathetic response, increase vagal tone, and cultivate a profound sense of safety within the body. With these invaluable resources at your disposal, participants find it easier to embrace the full spectrum of the experience, leading to greater authenticity and wholeness.
